3D Printed full dentures are best when speed, repeatability, and a digital archive matter — you can fabricate a duplicate from the same file if the original is lost or damaged. Conventional acrylic remains the default for traditional impression workflows.
A Cu-Sil denture has a silicone insert in the acrylic base that conforms over bony undercuts, tori, or sensitive ridge areas. Indicated when conventional acrylic causes pressure points or relief is needed without surgical reduction.
Yes. We accept STL files from major intraoral scanners. For 3D Printed dentures, digital scans are the preferred input. Send via your scanner platform or to digital@dentallab.com.
